Revenue Comes From Three(3) Main Sources:

INITIAL CLEANING FEE: A fee is charged per square foot to treat the exterior.

THE ENVIRO-GARD APPLICATION: Enviro-Gard is a new process developed by Enviro-Tech, Inc. When applied to the surface the owner/operator can warranty the home against the return of mold and mildew for a period of 2 years.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT PROGRAM: After structure has been cleaned, the owner/operator can sell a maintenance contract to return and clean the structure every two (2) years at a reduced price. Most customers ask for this program.

Owner/Operator:

Owner/Operators are people that typically want to supply the Enviro Kleen process to smaller local areas and want to be hands on or operate small crews. These individuals will sell and supply areas (an exclusive territory) that will typically contain 100,000 households which will require them to have 1 –2 applicator rigs. Owner/operators will pay a one-time fee of per territory with an annual renewal fee. The initial fees will cover cost of equipment, training, and an initial supply of chemicals. Brochures, DVDs, and videos will be made available.

Regional Distributor:

The next level of opportunity offered by Enviro-Tech is the Regional Distributor level. This is a company or individual that wishes to purchase the right to market a much larger area (typically an area containing approximately 2.5 million households) and develop owner/operators in the various areas within the region. Regional Distributors will pay a one-time fee per region with an annual renewal fee. The initial fee will cover the cost of equipment (1 Enviro-Tech applicator rig), training (including sales, marketing and mold identification and remediation) and an initial supply of chemicals. Brochures, DVDs, and videos will be made available. Regional Distributors will be expected to purchase the chemicals and equipment from the factory at distributor price, stock them and resell to owner/operators within his/her region.
